Ever since I can remember I've been a creator. I've always loved writing, making art, using technology, and teaching others. When I discovered instructional design it felt like the synthesis of all these passions, and I knew exactly what I wanted to make next. My experience as an educator and a designer has laid a strong foundation for this next step in the evolution of my career and I am confident that the trainings I design will have a positive impact and a wide reach. I have invested a lot of energy in upskilling through the Applied Instructional Design Academy during their nine month training and mentorship program. I like learning new skills and don't shy away from a challenge. I'm meticulous in my attention to detail, in both conceptual and visual design. I value the strength of a team and seek opportunities to support my coworkers and mentor others in my professional space. I'm a perceptive listener, always analyzing client needs and refining the learning experience in an iterative process. I use my creative problem-solving background as an art educator to design and develop meaningful training that fuels behavior change and company growth. I strive to partner with innovative organizations seeking strategic training to increase their efficacy and impact.
